Summer connotes different ideas and associations for different people. Here there are still generational connections of summer's associations - little Joe exits joufully with a fried chicken supper after VBS week as a thunder cloud enflames the sun's setting. Average can be a joyful existance. (fried chicken kids meal was given by local Chic-fil-a to VBS attenders... another notch up for the inventer of the Southern staple sandwich)
