This afternoon while baby Joe was napping, I took the opportunity to sweep our pollen coated porch. Having a porch that is painted black makes for a great backdrop for the yellow sneeze inducing agent to be on display. During this chore, little Joe came to the front door and said "Mom, just so you know, I am no longer a cowboy." Back in the house he went to change his get up and adventure for the afternoon. I just love this about my boy! I delight in his boyhood. I enjoy to see him play and pretend and come up with crazy ideas. I'm trying to be better about going along with them and not be concern with the messes they may bring. I only have him for such a short time. This sweet stage will not last. Not that the next stage will be less of a delight.
